APPOINTMENT POLICY
Free online booking available daily. A travel fee may be required depending on your location. A payment for you appointment may be required after confirmation of your appointment. If required any unpaid appointments will be cancelled within 24 hours after scheduling. Additional fees may apply to appointment(s) scheduled after hours and during times of severe weather conditions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Tha Worx Services has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If, for any reason, you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us to reschedule at least 24- hours in advance to avoid a fee. This includes being too late to perform the service or no showing for the appointment as well.
GRACE PERIOD
We extend a 15 minute grace period to each of our customers should you be running late. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late for a scheduled appointment the service provider has the right to refuse service to ensure that their next scheduled appointment does not have to be put behind.
REFUNDS
Appointments that are not cancelled within the allowed time frame and missed appointments are billed for the scheduled service. If your appointment was cancelled and the allowed time frame your payment will be used as credit towards another appointment or product.
